What is the cancellation policy at The Hosteller?

  • Guests can avail a 100% refund of the booking amount if they cancel more than 7 days prior to their check-in date. The refund shall be processed back to the guest’s original payment source or The Hosteller wallet within 5–7 working days. Payment gateway charges paid at the time of booking shall remain non-refundable.
  • Guests can avail a 50% refund of the booking amount if they cancel between 4–7 days prior to their check-in date. This refund shall be credited only in the Hosteller wallet, which can be used anytime for future bookings. Payment gateway charges paid at the time of booking shall remain non-refundable.
  • The guests shall not get any refund of their bookings in case of cancellations made within 4 days to their check-in date or in case of a no-show (i.e. not arriving at the hostel at all).
