Refund policy at The Hosteller

What is the refund policy?

For any cancellations, you can now log in to your The Hosteller account on our official website (www.thehosteller.com) to cancel your booking at your convenience. To do so, kindly access your The Hosteller Profile and go to the "Booking History Page" where you will find an option to cancel your reservation.

Please note that if you cancel your reservation 7 days prior to the check-in date, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment source within 5-7 working days, or you may choose to receive the refund in your TH Wallet, which can be accessed from your The Hosteller Profile.

If you cancel your reservation between 7-4 days prior to the check-in date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund in the form of TH Wallet money only. If you cancel within 3 days of the check-in date, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

Please note that the TH Wallet amount can only be used to make reservations through our official website and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn from any other Online Travel Agencies.
