Is there a minimum age requirement for guests to stay at your hostel? If yes, what is the minimum age? Are there any exceptions or special considerations for underage guests?
- The Hosteller, India’s largest self-operated chain of backpacker hostels, is well suited for adults (>18 years old). Our hostels are primarily designed to cater to backpackers and smart travelers, fostering a dynamic and social atmosphere. To maintain the unique hostel vibe and culture, we have implemented an age bar. As a brand, we do not permit anyone below 18 years of age to stay with us, even if accompanied with their guardians at all our hostels except our hostels at Kasar Devi, Shoja, Ramgarh, Kareri, Narkanda, Tirthan Valley, Jeolikote, Bhandardara, Chakrata and Amritsar. This exception is only valid until November 30th, 2024. In case you are traveling with your family, a hotel would be more suitable to your needs.
