Can I make changes/modify my reservation after it has been confirmed?

Guests at The Hosteller have the option to make changes to their confirmed reservation, subject to certain guidelines. Here's what you need to know:

  1. Amendment Timeframe: If a guest wishes to make changes to their reservation, it is important to notify The Hosteller at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Amendments made within 7 days of the check-in date are not permitted.

  2. Free Amendments: When a guest informs The Hosteller of their desired changes at least 7 days before the check-in date, they are eligible for a free amendment. This allows them to modify their reservation without any additional charges.

  3. Limitations on Amendments: It is important to note that reservation amendments can only be made once. Therefore, guests are advised to review and finalize all necessary changes in one go. Once an amendment has been made, further modifications cannot be accommodated.

  4. Reservations Added within 7 Days: If a guest adds new reservations within 7 days before their arrival, these reservations are considered non-refundable and are not eligible for any amendments or modifications.

  5. Contacting the Central Reservations Team: To request an amendment or modification to their booking, guests can reach out to The Hosteller's central reservations team at booking@thehosteller.com. It is important to mention the reservation ID and provide all relevant details related to the changes in the email.

The central reservations team will process the request and assist the guest with the necessary amendments, taking into consideration availability and other factors.
