Why credit card is marked as invalid for bookings made through Booking.com, Hostelworld, or Agoda?

We currently do not have a auto credit card charging option available. Instead, we provide a payment link via email or WhatsApp for your convenience.

We would like to inform you that we have a 100% prepayment policy. To ensure your reservation remains secure, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide payment confirmation at your earliest convenience.

Once the payment is completed, please share a screenshot of the payment receipt/transaction ID with us at booking@thehosteller.com or WhatsApp at +919810187717 (available from 09:00 am - 11:30 pm). This will help us verify the payment with our accounts team and issue your reservation confirmation voucher.
