The Hosteller is a pet-friendly hostel chain, with the exception of the following properties where pets are not permitted: Bir, Bangalore (Koramangala, Brigade Road, Indiranagar, Manyata Tech Park, Marathahalli, HSR Layout hostels), Mussoorie BTS, Nainital and Udaipur. At pet-permitted properties, pets are allowed strictly for guests who have booked private rooms. Pets are not permitted in dormitories under any circumstances. Pet owners shall be fully responsible for the behaviour, safety, hygiene and supervision of their pets at all times during the stay. Any damage to property, furnishings, fixtures or equipment caused by a pet shall be assessed by management and the associated costs shall be recoverable from the pet owner. The Hosteller reserves the right to deny admission or require removal of any pet in the event of non-compliance with this policy or if the pet is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or unhygienic.
